It is important to our mission that integration and success with Egiving be simple and non-invasive. Most of our clients do not have the staff, time, resources or IT expertise to welcome an electronic giving program, even with its potential. Our program is the model of simplicity. Processing tools are hosted online and are useable with a 30 minute lesson by phone. No software or hardware to wrangle. No valuable files to secure, protect, maintain or send on due dates. Electronic transaction file reports integrate with your Windows-based management software by comma-delimited file exporting so no management software changes. Donation information can be accumulated by phone donations, mail and paper form donations and from a secure web page in checking, savings, credit union or credit/debit card formats all entered into one program. If your needs are even simpler you can send in your paper donations for processing. If your needs are greater we can install CheckFree .ftp file protocols into your software for more seamless processing.
